I’ve always come to this location and never had an issue until today. Completely grossed out by the under cooked burger. I also did not appreciate how the cooks kept looking over at me while cooking the food. This might have been intentional.

- BCBenjamin ConklinFeb 9, 20263.0Food wasn't very good compared to other chains, (shake shack, mcdonalds, burgerking, wendys) I sat down with no one else in the resturant and everything still took a very long time. The burger seemed burnt, overcooked and extremely thick, which when you go to smashburger you look forward to a thinly smashed burger which was not the case. Additionally, the bacon was either burnt, or undercooked. Tater tots were filled with grease with every bite, fries and shakes were good. This has been a consistent experience at this location, and I hope they can turn it around with better line prep and cooking training.
