Our order was taken at 2:19 according to my receipt and we got our food at 2:50, then the cashier said the tenders will be done shortly, 10 minutes later we got them, now 3:00. I gave the cashier a 3 dollar tip when she took our order, there were only a couple other customers in the store at that time and now we were running late to our next job. The cashier hands me the tenders and as I'm walking away she yells out your welcome at me. Just so you know other customers that were there were not happy either with how long it took because one of them flagged me down to say I can't believe how long everything took. By the way, food is awesome and always is at all locations I've been to but service horrible yesterday.

It was not busy so I don’t understand why it took a whole hour to make a burger and fries that are already made anyways. Also my order was made after the 40 minutes and was sitting on the counter for another 20 until I went up to them and asked and it was on the damn counter the whole time. I understand it’s fast food and it will make my stomach hurt but it should not take an hour. Also the employees were EXTREMELY slow, had no sense of urgency and were packing online orders before taking care of their line with people waiting. As somebody who works in food if there is nobody waiting for their online order you help the people that are in person first. 0 stars.
