I dropped an item and informed the employee, she berated me for not having a bag, the trip to the store was on a whim. As i went to get the item to replace she followed me, implying that i wasn’t going to be honest and try to steal. I work in retail and know how it is, but that experience turned me off from visiting again and i'm a local to the area.

The staff at this store provides better personal service than the larger chain I visited in downtown area. The staff at this store recalled my name during my second visit which seemed impossible for a supermarket to achieve. The busy parking lot at our arrival did not affect our positive experience because of the fast checkout and friendly service we received during our departure.
