  I had a very disappointing experience here this afternoon. I came in with my kids and their friends, and one of the children has serious allergies to peanuts and tree nuts. I politely asked a staff member about the ingredients, but she responded with “it may or may not have nuts,” which is concerning—they should know exactly what they’re serving, especially when it comes to allergens. On top of that, her attitude was unprofessional. She seemed more focused on correcting my son from across the room (“bud, don’t stand on the chairs”) than addressing a legitimate health concern. The tone and overall behavior were not appropriate. We’ve visited this place many times as part of our local community activities, but after this experience, I don’t feel comfortable returning. I would appreciate it if the owner reached out to address this situation. *** on April 12th, I have submitted a request directly to the store by below mentioned URL, I hope the owner take some actions.

  This Dairy Queen is my regular spot. Every time I go in I am given exceptional service. The ice cream is always good and even if there’s a line, the wait is never too long!

  Today is march 27 2026 I was just in there around 4 with my family the young lady rung my family up is very rude with her tone the to scream don't come no more as we're walking out These are the kind of young ladies you hire she better learn how to speak to people the way the world works rudeness doesn't go to far in life Respectfully hire people who acutely like there jobs and not speak to people like she's annoyed with her job
