Family owned and operated since 1971, Mamoun’s Falafel has been serving high quality Middle Eastern food for decades. Our philosophy is simple: To serve fresh, authentic Middle Eastern cuisine in a fast casual environment. Everything we serve is made from scratch using only the freshest natural ingredients, the finest imported spices, and our signature recipes. These values, together with our rich tradition and commitment to excellence, have distinguished Mamoun’s as a premier falafel restaurant. Whether it’s the tiny “hole in the wall” charm, the high energy of our customers and staff, or the flavorful menu, going to Mamoun’s for falafel, shawarma, and kebobs can transform an ordinary meal into a unique dining experience.
Mixed reviews on food quality; some praised the falafel and shawarma, while others reported stale or poorly prepared dishes.

Paid parking on street. The place is small but it's near College and hospital. The food quality and taste is ok. I have falafel at other locations and the bread is little more soft and warm when they service you. If you like spicy then you can ask for a spicy sauce separately.

This is my favorite place on College ave and New Brunswick. Prices are great and food is so good, the falafel here is unbeaten.

The girl at the front had an attitude on her. But, food was fresh and tasted great!

If I had the option to give more than five stars, I would absolutely do it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐➕
The food at Mamoun’s is amazing, and the service is just as awesome—but what truly impressed me was an experience I had a couple of days ago.
I accidentally lost my wallet at Mamoun’s. It had important documents and some cash in it, so you can imagine how worried I was. Today, I called them in the morning, and to my surprise, they had my wallet safe and sound. When I picked it up, everything was exactly the same as when I lost it—nothing missing.
I want to give a huge shout-out to the manager, Jihaad, and to Lexxi. Their honesty, professionalism, and kindness truly mean a lot. People like Jihaad and Lexxi are real gems in our community and are honestly hard to find these days.
Thank you, Mamoun’s, not just for great food, but for having such trustworthy and wonderful people. Highly recommended! 🙌

I’m writing this review mainly about the customer service, because the food was good — nothing special. Still wondering why we tipped, since there was basically no customer service to speak of.
We cleaned up everything ourselves and accidentally left one mango drink on the table (which was honestly terrible anyway). Instead of just taking care of it, the lady at the front told us to throw it out ourselves. Like… isn’t that literally part of the job? The attitude was completely unnecessary.
On top of that, ( before we were ordering) there were advertisements everywhere for “$10 off $30 if you order online when you use gift cards.” Sometimes they don’t allow it the same day, which is already confusing, so we politely asked if we could place an online order using the same gift card. The same lady just said, “I don’t know about this,” which was frustrating—like, you work here. Right after that, she removed all the ads, as if to shut down any more questions.
This was our first time coming here after hearing good things from friends and family, and since we’re visiting from Canada, this place was on our list. Huge disappointment. If being polite to customers is too much effort, maybe customer service isn’t the right job for that lady working in the front!
