I always wondered why this place was empty, but then I tasted some food and realized why!

Ordering was not a problem, the employee got everything down that we wanted. I did find a tad bit odd the rest of the employees hiding in the back, no greeting. The sizzle of the burgers on the grill with juicy lettuce with melting cheese gave me hope that it was my "hamburger" that I ordered. Oh how I was wrong.. I fiddled with the wrapper, excited to indulge the hamburgers I saw on the grill. The burgers that I laid my eyes on was 2 sets of dispiritedness. Burgers with no seasoning with bread that felt hard to swallow. The abomination of fries was the main event, they were long and hard. One of them tasted like a burnt potato chip.

Went here with a friend and my gf. We ordered some fries and hamburgers. The burgers were really below average since there were no toppings. Weirdly, this place asks you to add toppings to the burger rather than remove toppings from a prebuilt hamburger. One can tell the fries were cooked with no love, being nearly rock solid and depressing to eat :(. Definitely not what I expect from Five Guys, at least the milkshake was made well & tasty. Hope you guys can improve for the future 👍🏻
