  Slipped and spilled my drink one foot outside of the store. They said because it’s outside the door they “can’t” replace the drink. I asked for a new cup at least because the 20% left of my drink was covered in coffee and they hesitated to give me that too

  I understand the surrounding area does not permit for much pleasantries however if you do not want to work in customer service please work hard to move up in your company so you are not dealing with customers.

  Okay where do I start? The inconsistentcy in customer service on a whole stems from the unprofessional behavior of the smart alec so-called manager named Uriel. He isn't a nice person to me or my girlfriend.... I don't know how he treats others but like I said he treats us not like how regular customers or any type of person should be treated and over charges us for the large coffee that we often buy from there daily.... Could someone please who is the higher up to the said employee please repremand him so that we are no longer being hindered by this inconvenience... Thanks . End of my Ranting

  Worst Dunkin ever Worst Worst customer service never ever go there trust me trust me there are alot of better dunkin than this one I ordered my Coldbrew with 4 pumps of caramel First they never put Caramel in there cuz ofc yall know what 4 pumps of caramel tastes like obviously sweet there was not a single pump of it in there and when i ask the lady she said she will charge me for it im like i ordered and asked for 4 pumps and i paid for it you never put it in my drink and now you asking me to pay for it like why ? and she started fighting me for it while i already paid for what i ordered which they didnt make it right.I will definitely ask the manager to take action on it Cuz we paying for what we want we are not getting it for free.It was Wed/Oct 5 around 5:30.
