Every single woman working there EXCEPT TWO, comes in as if they woke up on the wrong side of the bed. They provide nasty attitudes and aggressive behavior. I have significant customer service experience in fact Dunkin Donuts was one of my jobs in my early adulthood. The owner or the GM whom ever is in charge needs to take immediate control of their staff and put a stop to this! How is it that they mess up MY ORDER and overcharge me and when I kindly bring it up to their attention they get upset and more than anything the person making sandwiches in the back (Hispanic heavy set woman) stops what she's doing while their is already a cashier there trying to assist. It baffles me that she has the audacity to start yelling and being so nasty. SMH They are so unprofessional, absolutely no manners, nor customer service skills/professionalism. My next step will be contacting corporate.
