Then I watch staff member grabs key and uses the bathroom. I’m like WTH. 🤦 whatever. I then ask again, he’s like we don’t have key. So I say can I get receipt they say no. Worst Dunkin’ Donuts i went to so far.

My daughter was served a bacon sandwich, which is completely against our religious beliefs—she only realized it after taking a bite. When I called Phil, he reviewed the CCTV footage, admitted it was his employee’s mistake, and said he would address it. We were expecting a written apology from the employee, but instead he sent us a $20 gift card. Seriously? Do you think we are beggars, or that such a significant mistake can be brushed off with a $20 gift card? After receiving it, I called Phil to explain that we felt insulting and that we wanted to return the card, so I asked for the office address. He responded rudely, warned me not to call again and eventually hung up the phone . I will be escalating this issue, but I still want the store owner to read my feedback and understand the seriousness of this situation. As an Indian, and specifically as a Hindu, how could bacon or beef ever be acceptable? If the owner agrees this is unacceptable, I would appreciate a call back to discuss this further.
