    The guy at the counter displayed a negative attitude. When I made a request, he did not respond initially, and after asking twice, he finally replied, but ultimately, I received the incorrect item.

    Slipped and spilled my drink one foot outside of the store. They said because it’s outside the door they “can’t” replace the drink. I asked for a new cup at least because the 20% left of my drink was covered in coffee and they hesitated to give me that too
