  I usually get matcha from this location. Every time the drink has matcha clumps and not fully mixed in. The workers are extremely disrespectful when I ask for my drink. They make you wait for ages for one drink that’s already sitting there, they just won’t give u the time of day to say something.

  In the mornings? Best crew possible, absolutely terrific employees, manager is great and everyone is friendly If it's in the evening, don't bother coming The places says it closes on Sundays at 9 PM, but at 8:25 the doors are locked and they'll just be standing behind the counter doing nothing for 35 minutes 5-star on the morning crew, 1-star on the night shifters 5/5 stars for service on morning crew, 2/5 on evening crew after 3+ poor experiences

  The nice man who took our order, Naitik, was very help ful and kind to us, providing adequate customer service. On the other hand, the other workers were being extremely distatseful. They were calling out orders with attitude and tone , and yelling at the cashier, Naitik, when customers were not grabbing their orders as if that was even his fault that the customers aren’t reading the number on their receipt. When My order came out , I immediately grabbed it and they seemed annoyed and in a rush for me to grab it when I got it in 2 seconds. They were in a rush for no reason. You work at dunkin donuts it was never that deep. That gross and negative attitude not only towards your coworkers but customers too ain’t cute at all.

  Did not add cold foam to my drink even though it is on my receipt and made it witch ice and refused to make it without even though I clearly ordered with no ice in the app.
