I called the store around 1:50 AM to check on my order, but the phone just rang and no one answered. This lack of communication left me uncertain about the status of my order. If I had known about the delays, I could have picked it up myself. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this is not an isolated incident. There’s a pattern of poor communication and unreliable service. If the local store doesn’t resolve these issues, I will need to escalate the matter further, as this level of service is unacceptable. I hope Papa John’s takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements ASAP
