  I was getting a coffee for my brother who is in rehab. I usually don't go to Dunkin (I make my own special coffees) he absolutely loves DD, but I'll have to say at 71 and not going to buy coffee I was kind of overwhelmed with ordering through these new preorder machines. What ever happened to walking up and ordering a coffee? Accents are getting hard to understand. I did it for my brother, I'll never buy DD anything myself.

  The staff is so rude and disrespectful, I went in to ask for a plain bagel with egg and no bacon, they gave gave a burnt croissant and wen I stated I ask for a bagel not a croissant the girl who took my order started yelling at me saying I should’ve asked for what I wanted they can’t read my mind or guess what I want, every time I come here I get mistreated, this store sucks, they should really train their staff, totally a mood killer, I will never step foot in that store again and I will advise my friends and family to not go there unless they want to have a horrible experience, no wonder why they barely have customers go in there.

  Why is a chocolate never give someone snack and bacon the way it’s supposed to be why is the bacon half cooked not even season. It’s damn near raw. Throw in a bag.
