    Went here twice today. I speak for a living and speak loudly, clearly and at a good pace at all drive thrus because I realize there can be background noise on both ends. Today, on my first visit, I had to repeat myself three times so far as what I wanted, to the point that when the employee repeated my order back to me, I had to say “skim” for a fourth time. This wasn’t difficult. I literally only ordered a Large Iced Mocha Latte with Skim. That’s it. That was the entire order and it seemed too difficult for the person working the drive thrus. A few hours later I went back and ordered the same exact drink. I received a medium. I did not pay for a large (supposedly—I didn’t bother asking for a receipt) but I’m not sure how the word large sounds anything remotely like the word medium. I’ll never go again.

    Some time my food is cold. And one time my food was just on the table they did not bring it to my car .I was just waiting there and someone else got there food.
