  The buffalo wings were absolutely amazing! Better than any B-Dubs I’ve ever had! My buddy had the “No Bun Intended” and according to him it was the best burger he’d ever had from a restaurant! Awesome waitress and great environment!

  We have been coming here for a while, and before bringing my small Italian Greyhound puppy (in a bag), I specifically asked if dogs were allowed. I was told there was no strict policy and that as long as she was quiet and not disturbing anyone, we were welcome. Based on that, we visited multiple times without any issues. Today, during our visit, a man (not our usual server) suddenly questioned whether she was a service dog and insisted she be placed on the floor. This was confusing, as we had previously been told there were no specific restrictions as long as she behaved — which she always has. I complied and put her on the floor. However, there was food debris on the ground and, as she is young and still in training, she picked something up. I lifted her back up to keep her safe. He returned and continued insisting she remain on the floor and began explaining what a service dog “should” do. At that point, I had already decided to leave. If the rule had changed, that’s completely fine — I respect that. But the tone and approach were unnecessarily confrontational. It felt like the goal shifted from clarifying policy to proving a point. We would never have entered if we had been told dogs were not allowed. There are plenty of other places we could go. The issue here was not the rule itself — it was the inconsistency and the way it was handled. Other staff members were kind and apologized, which we appreciated. I just hope management can address the communication and ensure guests are treated with consistency and respect.

  We come here for many occasions and the food is usually very good, but what really impressed me was their response to when they messed up - overcooked my partners steak, probably the first time its ever happened to us. They were receptive, apologetic and extremely keen to make things right. New one came out after a very reasonable amount of time and it was perfect, I even tried a piece despite not being big on steak myself and it was fantastic. Extremely thankful and only further proved why we keep going back.

  My husband and I stopped here after shopping at the outlets. The food was horrible! The fish and chips were soggy, the breading crumbs were on the plate.. not the fish. My husband had the pot pie...it was OK. The deviled eggs we requested not fried and the egg white part was extremely hard...the filling was good. The waitresses were very attentive and quick service. The bathrooms were very dirty! First and last time!
