  The staff is so friendly and helpful. Store is spacious and organized. Enjoyed picking out the After Holiday specials for candy.

  Everything is this store is 1-2 dollars more than ShopRite or other regular store Terrible place to shop.

  It’s really concerning that the employees are flat out too lazy to do their jobs here! The entire milk cooler was empty but yet there were full racks to be stocked that could be seen. When I asked an employee for help a woman sent someone else to do it! When we got to the milk cooler I was told her couldn’t get the milk because it wasn’t his department! When I asked him to get someone who could help I was told there was no one on who could. So I went back to ask someone else who then turned around and disappeared! So they have the milk to sell but no one will stock it or get it for you so that you can buy it..awesome management and business skills! I’m sure this is exactly how to run a store..not sell the products people want to buy! Excellent haha

  I had a really upsetting experience at Stop & Shop. On Thursday, October 16, 2025, around 11:15 a.m., I slipped and fell in the store because of a wet or slippery area that wasn’t properly marked or cleaned. I was shaken and didn’t think to call the police or take photos at the time, but I did report it to the store right away. They told me their insurance representative would contact me within 24 hours. She didn’t call until late Friday, when I couldn’t talk, and when I finally spoke to her Monday morning, I explained everything and told her I’d gone to Urgent Care. I called her three times trying to get a claim number and insurance information, and when she finally called back, she said Stop & Shop wasn’t liable and that I had to go through my own insurance. She also mentioned that it would take 2–3 weeks to review the video footage. It’s really disappointing how this was handled. I expected more care and concern from a company like Stop & Shop. Accidents happen, but the lack of communication and empathy made the situation worse. I hope they take customer safety and follow-up more seriously in the future. Posting this to inform others — if you ever experience a slip and fall, make sure to call police, take photos, get witness names, and document everything right away.
