  I asked for almond mild due to lactose intolerance! They gave me regular milk and I waited 14 mins for it! The guys in the night shift need more help to deal with the high demand of customers.

  This place is trash. They deleted my review but I’ll just keep posting it again . They make your coffee wrong every other time then get mad when you say anything. The iced coffee be $7+ so I’m going to say something if it’s wrong. Dunkin wants to charge Starbucks prices but the customer service and consistency sucks! It’s fine when the older workers are there. The younger workers are rude and don’t care. They don’t even say hello or good morning most times. I ordered a cookie butter latte but it tasted like a plain latte with milk. I asked for a little syrup and was told I have to give her my drink. The way she caught an attitude I was scared she might compromise my drink. I asked to add 2 pumps of white chocolate and was told when handed my drink back that she put 3 1/2 pumps(who asked for that?). I brushed it off but then I get home and my sandwich wasn’t toasted . I ordered this same sandwich twice prior and it was toasted. They gave me raw sourdough bread eeeeyucck!!!!!!

  the management here NEEDS to stay on top of the employees here and CLEAN YOUR OVENS/TOASTERS! my plain hash browns shouldn't be tasting like cleaning supplies, burnt plastic, and maple syrup all in one? not once have i ever had my hashbrowns taste like that, i shouldn't be picking up tastes of other peoples food, or stuff that's gonna leave a nasty, un-food like taste in my mouth. laziness is clearly happening here because there is NO reason for your hashbrowns to come out NOT tasting like hashbrowns!? get it together man it's always something everytime i come to this dunkin.

  Could've been Cleaner, but as usual, the coffee was really good.
