Completely wrong drink. After going through the first time, I parked, went in, and they told me to leave and go through the drive through and then locked the door right behind me. It is 5:30 PM on a Tuesday, and they close at 9 PM. Unacceptable service. I went around asking them to remake it, the man refused and continued to disrespect me and flipped his hands when I said I'll just pay for a new one and he refused, but finally he made a new one after having to pay for it twice. No receipt the first time, had to ask for the receipt the second.

He handed me an iced latte, I apologized and said I wanted it hot. He rolled his eyes and gave me an attitude saying I have to mention that when I order. - NANatalie AllenOct 28, 20251.0everyone is very nice here but everytime i go my food is always cold, or messed up. i get the same thing every time. i always get a iced matcha latte with oatmilk. very simple yet it’s always messed up. they usually give me white milk instead of oat and today they decided to throw coffee in my matcha which was very odd. today i ordered the chipotle hashbrown wake up wrap and it was smothered in sauce not even enjoyable. i threw it all away im very disappointed every time i come here so im done visiting this place.
