I debated on canceling the order and running to the CVS. Pee on the floor, trash on the ground, poop stains in the toilet, overall it wasn't clean and it did not seem to be new. I'm a firm believer in "you can tell how clean a kitchen is by the bathroom" and if that's truly the case, I don't even want to know what happens in that kitchen. Went to get my mobile order, the sandwich was there but no donuts. I will give them credit, the drive thru seemed busy but I asked about the donuts that were ordered and they said they didnt have those kinds, I could sub them out or just submit through the app for a refund, which seemed to be down. If I didnt ask about them, nothing was going to be mentioned. I gave chance after chance, the lasts couple of times the Coolata was terrible and not consistent with the other Dunkins.
