  terrible service, drinks are always wrong, food 85% of the time is undercook or overcooked. just all around terrible.

  The place is not very clean everything seems to be thrown about and everywhere no rhyme or reason. They got my drink wrong three times because the people don't even know what's on the menu. But also there is a language barrier with non-native English speakers. I go to different dunkins all the time and I've never had this horrible of an experience. When I finally did get my drink it doesn't even taste right like they used the right amount of syrup.

  Place was trashed on the inside. When I inquired as to what occurred, the staff advised that a group of 50 teens were in prior to my arrival. Liquid just covered much of the inside flooring. Staff further stated that this was normal for Fridays, but this was a Tuesday. I followed by asking if the owner is aware to which there was minimal positive response.

  How do you close the food station down 2 HOURS BEFORE CLOSING??? Lazy staff and lazy made food/drinks. Go to the one a little further away and spare some disappointment.

  This Dunkin' Donuts regularly gives terrible customer service, as you can tell by the countless 1 star reviews! On multiple occasions, we've been told that we can't have any food. My daughter was kicked out for no reason whatsoever, she and her boyfriend were quietly sitting and eating the food that they paid for! They made them sit outside in the dark and cold without a ride! But today they took my 14 year-old son's money and then refused him the food that he paid for (as well as several of his friends). When I went down to get it for him, they also refused to give it to me and said I can call the manager! Who takes a child's money and then refuses them what they paid for?! If they don't want a group of students in there that is fine, but you can't take their money and they tell them they have to leave without giving them what they paid for. They are regularly rude, disrespectful and unreasonable!
