I foolishly went back to them, thinking they had fixed it, but alas, the same situation, nothing had changed. They told me to wait two hours and they would call me. I asked again if I should definitely wait two hours and no more. They assured me that I should. But now I've been waiting for more than three hours, and no one has called me. I asked them how much longer I would have to wait. They said they couldn't promise anything. But I asked them from the beginning if they would definitely call me in two hours, and they said yes with confidence. So I lost almost four hours and had to leave with a flat tire. I don't know, in such difficult times, they let us down, causing a lot of stress and disappointment. Someone has to take responsibility for such a cold attitude towards their service.
