  I usually go here since I only live around 5 minutes away. I decided to order a BLT sandwich with Avocado in it. I put it out for pick up around 5:30 and didn’t get there until 6 due to me being an hour away for work. I walk in and I didn’t see the bag so I went up to the counter and told them my last name and they said they already made when I knew I didn’t see. But they told me they’ll make it again. After 10-15 mins the guy finally gave me the bag. I go back home and I open the sandwich and it has NOTHING no turkey no avocado just bacon, lettuce and cheese. The guy was also impatient and clearly seemed like he just didn’t care. Mount Laurel Panera please do better.

  Always have a great time here, but this time especially. Adam is an incredible associate who was extremely kind efficient and went above and beyond! Scott is a great manager and was very kind and personable as well! Our food was amazing and this is one of the few places recently where I left smiling from great service, prefect preparation of food, and just in general great people!
