It's okay. It's pricey for what you get and feels a bit scammy in how they operate. You pay a fee for 1 hour using a booth (I think $60?). But then they charge you a separate fee per person for "membership" which basically is just them forcing you to pay a fee to be added to a mailing list you don't want to be part of. So $60 quickly becomes more like $90 if you have 6 people. With 6 people in a booth, that's 10 minutes of actual play time per person, not factoring in the time it takes for the system to record your shot, score it, and switch people. So you are probably only really getting about 7 or 8 minutes per person at that rate. Sure, less people = more play time, but also means the cost per person is higher.
For peak times, this model makes sense. But when you go during an off season period, like winter, it's a lot to pay for a subpar experience. It would be better if you could pay a fee per person per game.
Our group found that 60 minutes wasn't really enough time and you are often left midgame and being prompted to add more time to finish. It would be nice if there was an option to pay a smaller rate just for enough time to finish out the game, but the model seems to try to distract you from how much you are really paying and encourage people to just spend another $30 for a half hour to finish their game, but that leaves you with either extra time and not enough to start/finish another game or still not enough time to finish your current game, creating an endless cycle of paying more until you decide it's okay not to finish the game.
We were there at the end of January, and there was a significant amount of snow on the course in piles. It became very obvious that the ball tracking was inaccurate, and often times would give us credit for scoring when we didn't, or the ball would stop because of snow but the tracking would show it going much further. I know it was a significant snow storm, and it's difficult to remove or clear the entire course, but it made the experience significantly worse for the same price. The heaters were too high up and not doing enough to keep everyone warm. Minor gripe, it was winter, but still impacted the experience.
It's fun enough, but feels way overpriced for the value, and I minigolf or bowling is probably a better alternative where you get more for your money. I'd go back, but definitely not in the winter for those prices, and only if others wanted to go.
