    Took over 1/2 hour to get my food. And it was cold. The employys were so very slow and unmotivated.

    Absolutely hate this Taco Bell. It is the worst Taco Bell. I have not been able to get one order from them actually correct. I have been here six times now and six out of six times they have screwed my order up and not giving me food items that were paid for. Do not recommend going here. If you're in a hurry, you will be waiting in a very long line and your food will be cold by the time you finally get to eat it.

    Every time I come to this Taco Bell, they ask me to pull into a parking spot and wait, even when my order isn’t ready. It’s clear they’re just trying to mark the mobile orders as “picked up” early instead of actually having them done. Today was the same situation—she even made me wait until after the person behind me got their food because she “had to walk outside in the cold.” I don’t mind waiting for fresh food, but I do mind being pushed into a parking spot every single visit just so the timing looks good on their end. It’s unprofessional and makes the whole experience feel frustrating and inconsistent. Do better.

    Their hours claim 9am to 2am but I 've been many times they seem to be closed when I try to go through the drive through at 1am. Either their posted hours are wrong or the staff are closing earlier than theyre supposed to.

    9pm Thursday 12.4.25 Drive through operator with the fake blond hair DID NOT WASH HER HANDS AFTER USING THE RESTROOM. As a customer, saw it with my own eyes. Absolutely disgusting. Please fix this.
