  This is the combination of many poor experiences with this specific location. You place an order and they don’t have an item. Then they try to deliver it wrong anyway. Right now I’m calling to place an order, be on hold for 15 mins. They just don’t care here.

  Ordered online for pickup. Came in and there were 5 other people waiting. Their label maker was broken so 2 of them were working on trying to fix that while 2 others were making the pizzas. Funnily enough, the seemingly most competent woman worker muttered something like 'I don't even work here!' when she was frustrated working with the print machine. Doordash drivers were angrily waiting, people were coming in and not being served. A lady came in asking to cancel her order but the pizza makers didn't speak English that well so they just ignored her. I stood there waiting 35 minutes, and when they finally started acknowledging customers, turns out all the pizzas were already made. Sitting on the shelf, it's just they couldn't read the names on the labels or something. I don't know. They seemed to take our names and match the pizza to the order, but we stood there waiting for no reason apparently. To top it off, they didn't have the toppings I wanted in stock, so they just only added half of what I ordered. They offered to refund a portion of my balance, but they never did. Would never came back here. Waste of time, waste of money.

  I placed an online order for delivery at 12:17, marked to pay with cash and the estimated to delivery time was between 12:59-1:09pm. When I looked up tracking it said that they were still making it so I called no one answered ok they’re busy then a few minutes later I called again and still no answer. It is now 1:40 and I still haven’t received my order. I normally do not like to leave a negative review but this is not the only time that this has happened. Last time I ordered and did a pick up I went to the store because it said it was ready and they didn’t even make my order yet.

  The worst pizza I have ever eaten. I went to pick up my pizza, I opened the box to make sure they got it right and they did not. They remade the pizza but made a horrible pizza. The pizza was wafer thin as you can see in the photos basically just topping without any base. These guys had screwed up my order previously as well, but thought of giving them another chance. NEVER AGAIN. I'm pretty sure the people working here know what they are even doing. Whoever runs this establishment needs to be reported for such gross negligence on so many levels.

  My order wasn’t ready when I arrived—they said they were waiting on a delivery, so I waited an extra 10 minutes. When I went back to the counter, it still wasn’t ready, and they told me to wait another 5 minutes. Meanwhile, my pizza was just sitting there while they waited on the chicken. I ended up telling them to keep the food. Not to mention Employees were eating their own creations while making customers’ pizzas. Horrible experience, I will not be returning.
