I have ordered here at least once a week for about 6 years. I could probably count on one hand the number of times my order wasn't either missing something or ridiculously delayed. Their Order Accuracy is almost inconceivably, consistently bad.
Whatever item is missing is also always checked off on their worthless little "Quality Check" on the bag, and today was no different. Today, my order was missing a brownie. After paying, checking my order, and realizing it was missing, I just mentioned it to an employee, and they explained the missing item by just saying, "well, we're out of brownies..." So... you were out of it, allowed me to pay for it, and then instead of bringing it up to the customer that you can't fulfill the order, just decided to leave it out? And the person checking quality just lied and marked it as being included (or mindlessly just drew check marks without actually doing their job).
The person right behind me in line had the same exact thing happen too...
I understand people make mistakes and food service can be a tough job, and I've been patiently and kindly asking for my missing items, without complaint, nearly every week for years, but MY GOSH, how TRASH are your quality system, processes, employee training, and culture to CONSISTENTLY make the same mistakes over and over and never improve or fix the problem??
Thank goodness the food at least tastes good...

We were quite disappointed with our experience. While we were still eating, we politely asked the employee not to vacuum near our table. Despite that, she continued and even sent her co-worker to vacuum again shortly after. It felt very inconsiderate and disrupted our meal. We expected a bit more respect and attentiveness to customer comfort.

I have been ordering the Mediterranean sandwich for years and this was the first time I could not eat it. I would have returned the sandwich if I had not purchased it to go. When I opened it at home, it was put together so sloppily, the filling was mostly out of the bread, the bread slices were mismatched and hard and cold like it was previously frozen, the lettuce was so wilted that most of it was slimy and had to be discarded. After I reassembled the sandwich and attempted to eat it, it tasted so bad I just gave up and threw it in the trash. I wasted my money and will NEVER go back to that Panera!!!!!!!

They do not put enough sauce on their sandwiches so prepare to order extra. Staff is nice and the place is nice but the food is really not that great.
