I could probably count on one hand the number of times my order wasn't either missing something or ridiculously delayed. Their Order Accuracy is almost inconceivably, consistently bad. Whatever item is missing is also always checked off on their worthless little "Quality Check" on the bag, and today was no different. Today, my order was missing a brownie. After paying, checking my order, and realizing it was missing, I just mentioned it to an employee, and they explained the missing item by just saying, "well, we're out of brownies..." So... you were out of it, allowed me to pay for it, and then instead of bringing it up to the customer that you can't fulfill the order, just decided to leave it out? And the person checking quality just lied and marked it as being included (or mindlessly just drew check marks without actually doing their job). The person right behind me in line had the same exact thing happen too... I understand people make mistakes and food service can be a tough job, and I've been patiently and kindly asking for my missing items, without complaint, nearly every week for years, but MY GOSH, how TRASH are your quality system, processes, employee training, and culture to CONSISTENTLY make the same mistakes over and over and never improve or fix the problem?? Thank goodness the food at least tastes good...
