- DWDavid Wayne1 day ago1.0I would not recommend this Dunkin Donuts. The service I received was very poor—the staff were disrespectful and impatient. I have also heard multiple accounts of people of color experiencing discrimination at this location, which is deeply concerning. It’s a shame because the food is quite good, but the service and overall experience do not reflect that quality.
- CPC PutnamMar 14, 20261.0I placed a mobile order here a little after 6am on a Saturday morning and walked over from the nearby Hampton Inn. When I arrived the lobby door was locked even though it said the lobby opened at 5. I knocked for a minute but no one noticed. I then called them and it went to voicemail. Eventually I continued to knock and finally a woman came to open the door. She didn’t say sorry. She didn’t say good morning. Nothing. I walked over to the mobile pickup and my order wasn’t ready and I was ignored for a couple more minutes. I finally got my order. Yikes!
- SVShan VincentJan 27, 20261.0Let me start by saying this isn't my usual Dunkin. I only go to this one on my way to work if my usual Dunkin has a line that's too long. The people here are very nice, but the product is God awful. The coffee is bitter every single time and I got a breakfast sandwich today and last week and both times the bagel was stale. It was toasted, but it tasted old. My teeth felt like they were going to come out when I bit into it. I had to throw it away. That sucks when I can't go anywhere during the day. That was my only food today. I always say I won't be back, but if the line is too long at my Dunkin, I'll be back for the crappy coffee. 🤷🏼♀️
