  Worst experience ever wish i could give 0 stars they messed up my order. I ordered wings, and 2 pizzas, the driver only bought the wings at frist. The wings was extremely cold. The driver then comes back 15 minutes later with extremely cold pizzas. One of the pizzas was wrong, i will never order anything from there again

  If I could give zero stars I would. Management needs to fire and hire. They never get the orders right and never answer the phone. Avoid this location. I ordered half pepperoni half cheese on one pizza and half steak half cheese on the second pizza. I got half pepperoni and half cheese on both pizzas. The one pizza was for someone who doesn't eat pork. It took them almost two hours to make the pizza.

  Extremely annoyed. The store originally called to let me know that they were out of onions which was fine I substituted the topping. However they the forgot the protein on my pizza which is the most important part. Tried to call the store and spent 20+ minutes on hold with no response. I should’ve known better and just ordered from a local store. Don’t waste your time.

  *** update i did receive a phone call from the manager of this location. And I was told that I would receive a call back regarding the final outcome of the situation that transpired and I never heard back from the manager after the first initial phone call that was made it almost sounded like possibly the owner or the manager. I'm not sure which of the two, but I believe that it might have been an indian owner or manager of this location*** I am beyond disappointed with the complete lack of service and communication regarding my order today. I placed an order at 11:07 AM (Confirmation: 1288044668), and from that point on, it was a total blackout. The Papa Johns Tracker was useless and provided zero updates. I tried calling the store directly multiple times, but nobody picked up the phone. Thinking I could get help elsewhere, I called Customer Service, only to be met with a representative who had absolutely no idea what to do or how to resolve the issue. They were completely unhelpful and left me stranded with no answers. The level of disappointment is honestly staggering. I eventually had to get dressed and physically drive to the store just to find out if my food even existed. When both the local store and the corporate support line fail a paying customer this badly, there’s a major problem. I shouldn't have to do the legwork for a company that I'm paying to serve me.
