Then I got up and walked to the door way that leads to the kitchen said excuse me two times and asked if I could have my food. Food was cold. This is the 2nd time I've been here and the last time I will go to this McDonald's.

The person who answered sighed and said they guess. Employees there don’t seem to enjoy there job which is fine but don’t take it out on customers.
