  Ordered 4 fish sandwich. 1 no chez a lot tarter,1 loaded with tarter little chez, 1 chez on container and little tarter,1 was ok. Seems like a lot of bad reviews guess you can't fix the problem.

  Well this McDonald's happens to be one of the cleanest and neatest and friendliest McDonald's around most of all if you have children take them here they will love it they have an indoor outdoor parking area and it and it's so fun the kids can slide down the slides enjoy their meal and see Ronald McDonald in the flash statue keep the kids busy in ties them out so when you take them home they'll have a nap a long nap

  I went through the drive thru and I must say the service and food was not good at all. First the drink was missing about a quarter of the soda in it. When I got home, I tasted the fries and they tasted of pure salt. It’s like whomever was at the fry station poured a pound of salt on these fries. The burger did not taste as if it were cooked. When I called and expressed what my concerns were, it was like I didn’t even matter as a customer. This was very unprofessional. When I expressed my concern with the fries, the response that was given to me was “ok”. That was all. After I said you are going to hurt someone with the amount of salt on the fries and recommended something needs to be said the person at the fry station, that’s when the person on the phone finally stated I will let them know. I threw my food in the trash. Total waste of money! I will never step foot or go through drive thru at this McDonalds again. The people on the night shift need to be trained as to how to cook the food properly and how to salt fries. Also need to be trained as to how to talk to customers who are expressing a legitimate concern. So unprofessional!

  If you don’t like your job that’s your choice Stop going to it - you are in the food industry and customer service industry. Both are hard I’ve been it both all my life. Thought we would stop in for our once a year McDonald’s fix simply because this looked like a unique location. Human interaction is a minimum here (kiosk orders primarily) when I got our order no ketchup packets were on tray or available by napkins. I asked the woman at the counter and she threw them at me - previous posters had problems with ketchup. I guess they have a problem with ketchup. She seemed angry to the window guests also. So I guess her bad day was our problem. About the food : the burgers are not what they used to be however the fries were good. (It must have been fresh oil day). Overall it’s McDonalds. What else can I say. However the one staff member made it unpleasant. Glad I only doMcDonalds once a year.
