Got there at 7:30 and spent 30 minutes in the drive through for them to tell me I had to come inside to grab it. I went inside and was told “it’s not ready yet” I then waited another 40 minutes for it to get started, not finished, started. Not sure if they were understaffed or new employees but this was honestly horrid. 1 hour for Taco Bell is insane. With nothing but a waist of time this is undoubtedly the worst experience I’ve had with “fast” food places.
