I have been waiting for over 55 minutes to receive my order. During this time, I have not received any clear information about the status of the order, and the staff's attitude has been extremely indifferent and rude. As a DoorDash delivery person, time is very important to me. Such a long wait results in both financial loss and decreased customer satisfaction. The delay and staff behavior are unprofessional and unacceptable. I request that this situation be investigated, necessary warnings and adjustments be made, and measures be taken to prevent similar problems from recurring. I am sending this message to Pizza Hut officials so that their employees treat customers more politely and orders are delivered faster.
