Staff was friendly - and while making my bagel with cream cheese and lox, asked if I wanted to add all the extras which I hadn't already ordered. (Capers onions and tomato). The adorable man making it was so happy doing so and so proud of what he made, showing to off to me before packing it up. Honestly it was made with LOVE. that man made my day, and I will be back!
