    This place blows my mind every time i go with a new way to mess my order up. Their drive thru thing has been busted for months and you cant hear eachother and the people at the drive thru cannot understand what im even saying and if you ask for any change or variation from the menu it makes them go crazy and put beans on every single thing you order like there is just no common sense here they gotta fix their place and train their drive thru better. Last month i stood there waiting for a pickup order i placed at the kiosk inside and they literally had me standing there for 45 mins before anyone came to the front counter and they lost my whole order like this particular taco bell is just cheeks and needs to get its act together. Never had a quesadilla with a chuck missing from the center before like idk if this is them playing in my face or what but cmon bruh for $40 do better

    I am writing to express my absolute frustration with the service while placing a pick up order in this restaurant two hours ago. My recent visit was an exercise in incompetence. The Experience: • Triple Failure: It took three consecutive attempts for the kitchen to get my order right. Each time, the taco count was incorrect. • Subpar Quality: After a 25 minute wait, the food I finally received was flavorless and well below your usual standards. • Insulting Compensation: To "make it right," I was handed a coupon for a single free taco. Not only is this a meager gesture for the time wasted, but the coupon expired last year. • Misleading Information: When I pointed this out, staff told me "not to worry" because they are "good everywhere." This is unprofessional and likely untrue at other franchises. I expect more than a literal "day-old" solution for an hour of my time and three failed orders. I would appreciate a proper resolution that reflects the level of inconvenience I experienced. The kicker is— it was only a ~$30 order… I can only imagine if it was a ‘complex’ order. It’s a sad state of affairs at this Taco Bell, beware!

    MISSING ITEMS AND WONT REFUND YOU. It sucks but I won’t be coming back. Went during my lunch for myself and a coworker and ordered through the drive thru. Got back to work and about 30-40 mins later I was finally able to eat. The burrito I ordered was missing so I called to see if I could get a refund bc it was $8-$10 and now I had to figure out how I’m gonna get food. Called and they said they can make the food again but can’t give me a refund for their mistake. I just simple won’t go back now.

    Oh my god you guys have awful customer service the manager grissely is the rudest person I’ve ran into in my whole extensive the way she looks at you and makes a dirty face will make you want to throw up she told me I couldn’t see right because I didn’t use the kiosk to order my food and the employees are terrible I waited an hour before anyone came to take my order the manager is disgustingly rude they all have disgusting behavior do not eat here first of all it smells like trash and there were flies in the back by the food

    This Taco Bell location is by far the worst experience I have ever been to. When I tried to order at the drive thru I get someone who I can barely understand so I told them I would go inside instead to be able to order better. I come inside and the workers just stare at me and talk to each other and laugh in my direction. This is truly abysmal the one manager I believe her name was Grissely she was extremely rude I mean how can you be in a position of management but have an attitude like that. I am not sure who the head of this franchise store is but he or she better do some major reworks because every review I see and my own experience follow the same pattern poor attitude poor service and poor food in the end. Please take these concerns seriously because you have lost one customer with me I will never be going to this Taco Bell or any for that matter moving forward. If your goal is customer service then you are failing badly and need to be re trained ASAP. Also on a side note I saw them drop some of the nacho fries on the counter for someone’s order and they just picked it up and put it into a customers bag. That’s is very dangerous and unsanitary.
