I ordered two of the same exact drink yet these are not the same thing. Every single time I come here, I typically order two caramel iced lattes. One with whole milk, and one with skim milk. That’s the only difference. Yet there has never been a time where we get two correct drinks. They either put skim in both, whole milk in both, and in rare cases no coffee just milk. This past week, I ordered three drinks. Two with whole milk and one with skim, and somehow they can’t even make the two of the same exact drink. Earlier this week they gave me three with whole milk. It’s truthfully mind blowing how bad they are at following directions. I’ve called multiple times and they’ve offered to compensate me (which for the record I don’t take them up on), and then tell me “it will never happen again”. Yet it happens every time.
