- AMAiden Madawill2 days ago1.0Don’t even get me started, fist off the lady who was filling me and my friends bowls had a attitude for literally no reason, we had to repeat what we wanted multiple times to them, my friend asks for a fountain drink 3 times and they ignored him all 3 times, the bag of chips wasn’t even half full when we got it, and they had no steak no chicken and no black beans, it’s honestly outrageous that these workers continue to fail time and time again to do there jobs and be respectful, I would give 0 stars if I could, DO NOT go here unless you want to be given dirty looks and small portions

Spoke to co-workers inappropriately and rude. Food was disgusting and cold, how when we were eating in. The burritos had less than a scoop of rice. Out of chicken and we decided to wait and to the side. The chicken was then served to 5 other people before I had to walk up to the counter to remind them I was waiting. There wasn't any ice in the ice machine for over 30 minutes. The restaurant tables were so filthy they needed to be cleaned before sitting down to eat. Then a receipt was never provided so I couldn't contact corporate to file a formal complaint. Each customer we spoke with had a complaint about their order. I will never return to this location. A whole new set of staff is required.
