I gave the manager, Rich a heads up a couple of weeks earlier. He was amazing, even coming in on his day off to ensure everything went smoothly for me. His staff, Arman (probably misspelled, apologies) and Brendan, were very attentive to our group, always making sure we had everything needed. Wings were delicious! All the food came out fresh, all the staff was friendly and helpful. I can say that I’m happy I chose BWW for this event, and recommend it for casual bigger groups like I had, with of course, advance notice to the manager.

I don't usually write reviews - good or bad, but those wings were just terrible. Edit - This is the next day. I came back because I thought the restaurant and the customers should know what my experience actually was. So I ordered 10 wings, which they separate into two different five wing containers. I ordered the Caribbean Jerk (I think that's what it's called) - disgusting by the way.. and salt and vinegar dry rub, which I remember being really good. So here's what happened: They took what seemed to be 3-day-old rock hard wings stored in a barrel, and threw them in the fryer for a minute - then dumped the 5 reheated, plain, old wings into one container and 5 into the other. The chef then seemed to have grabbed a handful of salt and vinegar seasoning and just dropped it on top. So the seasoning was mainly on the first two wings and scattered all throughout the bottom - leaving them either overpoweringly seasoned or not seasoned at all. Same with the Caribbean jerk or whatever it was called. It seems that the chef poured a ladle of the disgusting sauce directly on top of the old reheated wings. This resulted similarly to the other box of wings - 2 of the top wings were drenched in the terrible sauce while the rest of the terrible sauce (about a half inch thick of it) was just pooled on the bottom with half of the three bottom wings soaking in that soup on one side and sitting perfectly dry old and crusty on the top side.
