I went and ordered a sandwich (I had to make an account just to order the sandwich). After ordering and paying, they tell me they don’t have the bread for my sandwich but they could offer something else which is was a price difference. Instead of accommodating me, I watched them make someone else a sandwich with the same bread in my face. I asked several times for different options, a bigger slice of bread to match the price, or anything really. They only offered a refund and told me I would have to reorder? Why if I paid and nothing was announced about the lack of supply until after I paid, that’s not my fault and I should not have to wait for a refund and spend more of MY money for a mistake they made as an establishment. I am so disappointed, never been treated this way, & will NEVER come back to this location again.

I told the manager she blamed contactless ordering, that it was sitting there but I placed the order in the parking lot just before walking in. I get that things happen but instead of apologizing and just fixing it she placed the blame on me for it sitting. Would I go back ? Probably. The food isn’t terrible and it’s clean.
