  I always come to this CAVA location and usually have a great experience, which is why today was disappointing. I walked in around 9:40 PM and online it says they close at 10:30 PM, but a lot of the food and items already looked put away. The employee who served us had an AirPod in and was just tossing the food into our bowl instead of actually serving it with care. Two employees looked at me when I walked in, and the overall vibe felt like we weren’t welcome to be there. I completely understand wanting to close and finish the night, especially since I’m a manager myself, but customers who come in during open hours should still feel like they matter. The employee serving us seemed very serious and rushed the whole interaction, which made the experience feel uncomfortable. I’ve always liked this location, so I hope management can remind the team to keep the customer experience consistent until closing time.

  Another great visit to CAVA. Everything was clean, the line moved fast, and the ingredients were fresh. Marcelo went above and beyond—professional, helpful, and made the whole experience smooth. Service like that keeps people coming back.

  Great experience at CAVA. The food was fresh, portions were generous, and everything was prepared quickly. Marcelo stood out with excellent service—friendly, attentive, and made sure the order was perfect. Easily the best worker there. Highly recommend.
