Food was good, I had a bunch of stuff in my bowl the best was the crunch from the pete chips. Place was clean. Customer services was okay.. location is good to right next to the mall! - GKGarrett KruseNov 11, 20255.0This was my first time at a CAVA. I just let the staff know so they’d know id need a little help with suggestions. I was impressed with everything here. The staff was extremely patient and welcoming even when the place was busy, I never felt encouraged to hurry up just because it was a Saturday lunch rush, and everything I picked out for my custom pita ended up adding to the final result and tasting great; everything I could just pick based on it looking good. Quality of everything was great and fresh and I was happy to pay about $40 for 2 meals and a large drink. Then it was exciting to learn about the ice tea / lemonade selection as well as what looked like better ingredient sodas… all very interesting. There’s something to comment on society here with the word “Slop Bowl” - a term used for bowl oriented meals you eat at your work desk (Chipotle, CAVA, Sweetgreens, etc). My coworkers consistently talk about “Slop Bowls” in a negative context and my wife summed it up perfectly - “it’s only slop if you eat everyday until it turns to slop in your expectations”. So to that I say, learn to pack a lunch and touch grass; CAVA is excellent.

Young kids serving, don’t seem to want their job, you ask them for something specifically they serve you something else because there was not enough of what you asked for. The service was the worst, the food was terrible, will not be back. All the tables were dirty had to ask for napkins the dispensers were empty! Like why hire all these young kids if they’re not gonna work? They are just hanging out there . Meanwhile I walk over to honeygrow, greeted at entrance establishment was clean, excellent service. Visited 11/9/2025 around 7pm
