  I came here with some friends because we wanted to see if the tattoo BOGO deal was actually real. It was, but the overall experience was honestly bizarre. Around 3:30 p.m., employees locked the doors even though the promotion ended at 4:00 and people were still trying to come in. That immediately created a weird, tense atmosphere, with customers outside getting upset and everyone inside kind of looking around confused. We were also told Chipotle was going to run out of food, which is a strange thing to hear from a chain restaurant during an advertised promotion. The whole experience felt disorganized, avoidable, and unnecessarily uncomfortable.

  Went in yesterday to enjoy the BOGO they were having for Friday the 13th. As it was getting closer to 4pm one of the employees (not sure her name, she was the second employee on the food line) she dictated who the last person to receive the special was going to be. As a few more people came in she would tell them that they wouldn’t be a part of the special due to time. A customer was complaining about it to the cashier, the same employee started saying if they didn’t stop it they will run out of food. She wanted to take her time attending to each customer so it would prolong service. At around 3:45pm she ended up locking the front door to prevent new customers from coming in. Later the cashier was saying it wasn’t them, that the system wouldn’t allow them to continue the special past 4pm. That was never vocalized, instead the employee created an uncomfortable experience for all. As we were leaving, there were customers trying to come into the store but couldn’t due to the door being locked.

  I went at 11am when they first opened and my food tasted old. Not going back

  Gave me a half scoop of chicken, felt like the whole bowl was just rice.
