  I love this restaurant so much. I just realized I’ve been about 7 times this year and the food, cocktails, and service are consistently impeccable. This time Celine was our waitress and I have never had such a detailed analysis of the food - as an indecisive human, I have trouble making decisions on what to order. This is the first time (at any restaurant) that I felt like a waiter/waitress genuinely helped me make a decision by giving details of the food. Lots of other restaurants will say “they’re all good” or “they don’t let us try the food” - NOT FAUBOURG MONTCLAIR. They know their food (and mixology) and they definitely know hospitality. Great experience every time - can’t wait to come back :)

  On Friday night, my friend and I went to Faubourg for dinner and had a great experience. Our server, Liz J, was incredibly friendly and attentive, she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. My friend has a mint and fava bean allergy, and Liz was very understanding, making us feel safe and well taken care of throughout the meal. The food was delicious, and the mocktails were just as good. We’ll definitely be back!

  From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for by the attentive staff. Each dish showcased both creativity and quality, making our meal memorable from start to finish. The drinks complimented the meal perfectly, and we were delighted by the dessert selection, which provided a sweet ending to a wonderful evening. Overall, Faubourg exceeded our expectations with their outstanding hospitality and exceptional cuisine.   This is our third time dining at Faubourg Montclair, and once again, the experience was outstanding. The service is always professional and welcoming, and the food is consistently excellent. From the fresh oysters and delicious seafood to the perfectly cooked steak, every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The atmosphere is elegant yet comfortable, making it a great place for a special dinner or a relaxing night out. Consistency like this is what keeps us coming back. Highly recommend Faubourg Montclair to anyone looking for authentic French cuisine and a top-quality dining experience. We will definitely be returning again!

  Wonderful experience. As a veteran in the industry, detail is the key that turns the engine of this place on. Food was the star, though I kept it simple and went with the sirloin. One of the better I've had outside of manhattan. Shoutout to the gentleman at the front desk who made us feel like we were on 5th avenue, our server Joseph who was as charming as could be, and the support staff that seemed seriously invested. Our server let us know about a Latin dinner that was happening tonight and we would love to know when the next one will be. We'll be there. 5 star restaurant
