- SSShalon1 day ago1.0I am a worker here at Panera Bread located at 15 Bloomfield Ave Montclair and for the past almost 4 years I have been getting bullied, I have been getting harassed by Briana Castillo in who is a manger there. Too many favoritism in here. Her girlfriend Tiana Camacho is always another one. 2 managers being in a relationship working in the same job is really insane to me and I don’t know how it’s allowed when it does affect our workplace. Brian Stone who is the General Manager have so much favor towards Briana Castillo to where apparently he “listens” to her which I don’t understand how that works but ok. I have been there for 4 years and they haven’t decided to give me insurance as well. If they decide to cut people hours they can do so for no reason and I was told I get my hours cuts to give it to others so there’s some discrimination going on in there. This keeps going and keeps going and they have the right to “put their hands” on my sister in who will be pressing charges on both. I wanted to become a manager and they haven’t even gave me the chance to even to do so and now I am in a point that something should be said but to everyone to they can understand. My family is very supportive over me and it also bothers them me having family to defend me at all cost. Be aware everyone!!!!!!!!!Panera is not how you think it is.

You can tell she genuinely cared about making sure everyone has a good experience. She take the time to answer my questions and made sure my order was just right. It’s rare to come across someone who makes your day a little brighter just by being themselves — but RAFIA absolutely did! Panera is lucky to have someone like her representing their brand. Thank you for the great service and positive energy!
