  Came here just to pick up an order that was supposed to be ready at the time I arrived. I was told “5 minutes”. People came in, placed orders, and got out before I did. 5 minutes slowly turned into 30. What’s the point of placing an order in advance if it’s only going to be started after I arrive for pickup? I had to nudge the front desk multiple times otherwise it might have been closer to an hour waiting for 1 pizza to be made. I am usually very patient, but this service was unbelievable and inexcusable. 0/10 will not be coming here in the future.

  The truth is that you have to wait a great barbarity of time for a simple pizza and more for the delivery's they have to have the fastest food for the deliveries they take up to more than 20 minutes to wait for an order

  Food was good, service was ok. Atmosphere, also good. But the restaurant added a gratuity to my bill without telling me (I was eating by myself) -why?

  I went to this restaurant at 7:45 PM, and they weren’t scheduled to close until around 10:00 PM. We were seated right away with no issue, but after that, the service completely stopped. We were not offered courtesy water or bread, and no server came to greet us or take our order. The restaurant wasn’t busy—other guests already had their food and were being served—yet we sat there for over 30 minutes with no acknowledgment. We made multiple attempts to get a server’s attention, but staff continued walking past us, joking around with each other, and even cleaning nearby tables without checking on us. By around 8:30 PM, after waiting approximately 35–45 minutes with no service at all, we decided to leave. At that point, even if our order had been taken, our food likely wouldn’t have arrived until close to closing time, and I wasn’t willing to feel rushed through a meal because of the delay. As we were walking out, the host who had seated us said, “Thank you for coming,” which felt dismissive considering we had received zero service. This was a horrible experience. It felt like the staff was more focused on closing early and going home than actually serving customers. We weren’t even given basic courtesy items like water or bread. Because of this experience, I would not return and would not recommend this place

  I ordered delivery of white Pizza with mushrooms.\n What I got was a cold Pizza my ice cold. No, but cold. What else did I get I got a Pizza that was supposed to have ricotta and mozzarella on it.\nYou know what i am so disappointed.I thought that there'd be lovely little mounds of forgotta and shredded mozarella , what I got was pureed , ricotta and pureed mozzarella, has it melted down. There was no mounds of yummy ricotta, no mounds of delicious mozzarella the mushrooms were the only saving grace.\n I knew it. I had a gut feeling that this was not going to be good and I was right , I spent forty bucks on this. When it was delivered, there wasn't one part of it that was hot. I will say this. The delivery fellow got to my place got where I needed to get to God bless that totally wrecked my evening, totally. Yes, and a Pizza can do that, especially after you've had a day that's been high and low. I want a comfort food, this is not the first place in Montclair where the food's been crap, I would just . I'm gonna leave it at this.I do not recommend cuban petes
