I was looking for friends who arrived before me and I mistakenly walked 3 steps past the maitre d podium. He literally yelled at me! I’ve been there at least 10 times before and now I’m not sure I’d go back. Frankly, he was a jerk.

The food was delicious. Each of my 50 guests thought so. And the service was what really made it. Every minute someone was offering you an hors d'oeuvres or small plate or filling your wine glass. I had a cocktail party setup and it was divine. Adil, the manager, accommodated all my requests and couldn't have been more attentive. The owner, Joan, worked with me to create a menu that was varied and unique. And oversaw the room layout, the music setup, the balloon positioning...it was beautiful. If you are looking for a venue to celebrate a special life event, then you should choose Faubourg. It will not disappoint.

The hostess was very pleasant and cordial, but unfortunately, our server was not. He had no charisma and didn’t make us feel welcomed (Our server was a tall young man with his hair tied up) We were quite hungry and had to wait a long time for him to take our order. Thankfully, another server named Ricardo stepped in and saved the day by taking our order — he was great! The food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious. I truly love their food, and the place itself is so cute with beautiful decor. I’m giving 4 stars only because of the poor service from our main server, who seemed inattentive and a bit entitled.
