It is very annoying when the posted time of service is not adhered to and closes early. . The store closes at 11pm. Customer service closes at 10pm. We arrived at the desk at 9:50 pm. The young woman managing the desk refused to sell us what we had driven 20 minutes to purchase. Fortunately, an asst. manager arrived and accommodated us and completed the purchase. The term “customer service” and “Acme” are oxymorons.
