- JRJunio RodriguezApr 3, 20261.0Worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. Went to the customer service counter and after contesting the purchase made due to the digital coupon not being applied. Representative ARGUED that it was required to spend an additional $25 and that excluded an additional beef. Well after trying to understand the discrepancy she got frustrated and told me, “I can give you a refund and you can get out of my store.” I had went back to my car to initiate a refund. When I returned she had gathered 2 other representatives and they stood silent as I told her how wrong she was to make such remark. Actually one of them said to me as I was leaning, “ I hope you have a BETTER rest of your day.” Of course i had to respond with, “I hope you do better and train your staff better. I drove out of my way to patronize this supermarket, if you get more unhappy customer you will end up with an empty supermarket and will have to shut down and loose your job.” It was clear that the coupon said limit one per transaction. But it NEVER specified the additional $25 purchase exceptions. Nonetheless the staff was rude, nasty, and unprofessional when dealing with this matter.
