    I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. I left my senior mother inside for a few minutes while I was parking and finishing a phone call. She does not speak English well and has difficulty communicating. She approached the cashier to politely ask if she could use the restroom first and then place her order afterward. She was refused access and told that without a purchase they would not give her the restroom code — and that they “don’t know the code without a purchase,” which honestly sounded very questionable. If this is store policy, fine — but the way it was handled lacked basic kindness and respect. My mother called me and put me on speaker so I could help translate. I explained clearly that she would use the restroom and then order food immediately after. Instead of trying to be understanding, the staff repeated the same thing with visible attitude. When my mother then attempted to place an order in her broken English, there was zero patience. I accidentally said “chocolate bagel” instead of “chocolate donut” while helping over the phone, and the employee responded with an irritated tone: “We don’t have this and that. Tell me exactly what you want.” The overall attitude was dismissive and unnecessarily rude. I had to ask the employee to please speak to me respectfully. This experience was not about a restroom policy — it was about the lack of empathy and professionalism toward an elderly woman who simply needed assistance and was trying to place an order. Very disappointing customer service.

    Worst Dunkin of America They made me wait for 20 mins in front of the drive through window and the worker just kept looking at me while doing other things and guess what I ordered lol a water bottle I though drive through were suppose to be fast but they got kids working there worst service every no proper management can’t believe I had to wait 20 mins for water bottle. Also I left without even taking the water bottle got me so late to my work. I could’ve rather drove to a different Dunkin and got faster service don’t ever go here worst place

    Having coffee and working on laptop. Gentleman comes in, orders and inappropriately starts complaining it wasn’t right. The young lady offered every option to help him. She was genuine, professional and really tried everything but he wouldn’t hear any of her solutions. Funny thing is it seemed like it WAS what he ordered. He oddly walked in and out a few times making the situation worse, finally leaving. Had it escalated beyond his complaints, I would have intervened. Fortunately it didnt come to that. Especially on Sept 11. Be happy and be proud- not a whiney PITA. Bravo to the staff for their courteous and customer dedicated demeanor.
