    Placed a mobile order for pickup at 11:50 pm on 8.20.25, the app (and Google) says they close at 1 am. Sent my husband to go pick it up and when he pulled up to the speaker he was told they were closed and only doing DoorDash orders. Then he said the grill wasn’t working (which honestly is bs, it’s not broken, it was just turned off). He told “Giovani” (that’s the name he gave my husband, not sure if that’s the correct name or if I’ve spelled it correctly) that the app says they close at 1 for drive thru and the app took his order. And also, if you’re doing DoorDash orders, you clearly still have the capability to make food? He told my husband that he could come back tomorrow and get it and he was like “no? I placed the order now, I’m not coming back for it tomorrow”. He then told us (I’m on the phone at this point) to cancel it through the app except we can’t because it literally will not let us (it says the order was processed and can’t be canceled). He then just gave my husband a receipt and said to come in tomorrow to figure it out. 1. You’re closed/grill isn’t working but you’re doing DoorDash orders? 🤨 2. Why are you not able to refund the order then and there? 3. Why do you keep changing what the story is as to why you can’t fulfill the order? Ridiculous.

    The cleanest one… I’ve never seen so clean restroom of Wendi’s in US ! Everything clean!!!
