  Disappointing experience - would not recommend My daughter and I stopped by this café simply to purchase water. We ordered two small bottles of water, which came to almost $10. From the start, the service was poor. The two employees were busy chatting and drinking coffee, and we had to actively get their attention to place our order. We felt like we were interrupting them rather than being welcomed as customers. We went to the counter to pick up our bottles ourselves, and despite the lack of service, we still left a 15% tip. They didn't offer us cups—not even paper ones—so we sat at tables in the mall area to drink our water. After 20-25 minutes, as we were leaving, one of the employees called after me to come back and pick up the glass bottles we'd left on the table. When I asked if there was a recycling area, they simply pointed to a regular trash bin. No recycling option at all. For a place charging premium prices ($10 for two small bottles of water), the service was unprofessional and unwelcoming. The staff seemed inconvenienced by our presence, offered no basic courtesies, and showed no concern for sustainability despite selling products in glass bottles. We will not be returning.

  The seller, the man who sold me a cappuccino at 2:45 AM on February 1st, 2026, was incredibly rude. I ordered a large cappuccino, he silently processed the order, and when I received it, it turned out that only one size was available. When I asked why he didn't clarify this when I placed the order, he replied that he hadn't clarified anything and had ordered a regular cappuccino. He said his name was Rocky, but I'm not sure if that's his real name.

  On ne peut pas vendre une part de flan à 12$ quand le dit flan date au minimum de la veille. Idem pour le pain au chocolat qui clairement ne datait pas du jour. C’est bien dommage, j’adore laduree…Heureusement que la vendeuse, une femme Afro américaine, était aimable et très professionnelle, cela sauve la réputation de cette enseigne.

  The burista was unpleasant and indifferent - no smile. I felt like I was disturbing her. When I told her these things she received them in silence!
