  The restroom was out of order, so I requested to cancel my order, but they didn’t allow it. They said I needed the physical card to process the cancellation, even though they didn’t ask for it when I placed the order. I didn’t receive my coffee or my refund.

  Staff is so friendly. I was having problem with converting my points on their app. 2 girls were so patient with me. They converted my points for free drink and made it so fast.

  The worker was extremely rude and unnecessary aggressive to every customer with outside food (even a bag of chips). Instead of explaining the policy, the worker threatened to kick people out. Multiple customers experienced the same thing and told me that the employee had been treating people disrespectfully throughout the day. This behavior was unprofessional and clearly not an isolated incident.
