  Just no. Do not go. Always takes a while regardless of the amount of people. Took 3 tries to get my 4 item order right. And on top of that my ranch dressing was nothing but water. You could hear it slosh around. Just no.

  Unfortunately, every single time that I come to this McDonald’s it either takes 40 minutes to get your food or they screw up your order. When you go on the drive-through, it’s like they don’t understand English and they get your order completely wrong. They always make you go up to the third window and just sit there and wait for your food. Meanwhile, people are waiting in line on the drive-through for over 20 minutes. There’s always somebody disgruntled coming to this place. It’s such a shame because the owners seemed like such a nice people, but the staff is just running it to the ground. There’s never anybody at the counter when you’re inside and the tables are not wiped down , The napkins are not stocked, And the floor is not swept.

  I go to McDonald's about twice a year and every time I go I'm reminded why I refuse to go to McDonald's more than twice a year. It's 10 degrees put and all I wanted was a coffee and a sandwich. Of course I make sure to say "light with extra sugar" 4 times because that's what it takes for them to put it up on the screen. After receiving the coffee and waiting the requisite 30 minutes for it to arrive at a drinkable temperature i take a sip and realize there's virtually no sugar in this coffee. Like barely any. Are we rationing? Is there a war on? Ridiculous. And it's every damn time. Screw up a man's coffee and he might as well crawl back into bed and start the day over again.

  So much for "fast food", waited 25 minutes for my order. Coffee was missing. informed the team member after another 5 minutes of waiting. When the coffee was finally received, most of it was on the lid. very messy. Management/owner needs to step in to provide better training/leadership. This franchise has gone down hill fast..
