    We found a place where the trash cans were overflowing, the tables were dirty, and we waited over 15 minutes for our food. The coffee was cold, and when we asked for hot coffee to be replaced, they served it to us in the same cups and lids that they had obviously tampered with. We ordered apple pies and had to wait another 15 minutes because they were going to bake them. We were short on one and had to wait another 15 minutes because they were supposed to bake them... they gave them to us without an expiration date sticker, which is required and visible. When we wanted to complain about all these things, we approached the counter and everyone was looking at us, but no one was helping us. The maintenance man approached us and in a rude and arrogant manner asked what the problem was, scaring my grandchildren with his attitude. In the end, we were the joke of all the employees, including the inept manager, who is unprofessional. After they renovated the facilities, the service is terrible!!
